Split level house in a village of Mont-Tremblant, riverfront, mountain (ski sloaps) view, winter: 15 min. walk or 2 min. drive to the ski base (100 yards to the village shuttle + 2 min drive, 1$); summer: 2 min. walk to the lake marina and beaches. House has 4 bedrooms, living and family rooms with fireplaces, billiard room, office, in- and outdoor hot tubs and fully equipped with the kitchen, electronics, laundry, ski storage, etc. Detached sauna is built according the "5* perfect sauna" requirements: polaris pine (Finland) and abachi (Ivory Coast) wood, 32" wide benches, electric and natural wood burning heaters, special ventilation, vihtu traditions. 2002 & 2004 BMWs and 2-Br or 3-Br apartment may be included in a swap.
